I call this *Kitchen sink* bread as in order to lower the carb count, I experimented with a combination of different kinds of low carb flour alternatives to get just the right texture and taste. Each slice has 1.8 net carbs
We had this bread with rotisserie roasted rosemary, garlic and chipotle lamb. As well as a purple cabbage, arugula and tomato salad with a vinaigrette dressing. Dessert *would* have been fresh blueberries but, we were too full!
