Spicy tuna sushi

I just discovered  Kosher Soy Wrappers available on Amazon.  Made me realize just how much I have missed sushi.  We made spicy tuna (sprinkled powdered chili on the thinly sliced fresh tuna), Haas avocado, sprouted alfalfa rolls-to say they were yummy is an understatement.
